Crystal Therapy can help us deal with all sorts of life challenges. It is a deeply relaxing therapy, and in this relaxed state we are better able to deal with pain and stress and make clearer decisions about our lives.
The session starts with a private consultation, highlighting anything you feel you would like to work on. Each treatment is tailored to your specific needs. You will be either, lying or sitting down, fully clothed on a couch and crystals will then be placed on and around your body. During the session a crystal essence may be used through your energy field, other times it may be a sound vibration that is required. No one session is the same, everyone experiences what ever is necessary for them on that day.
The first treatment usually lasts one and a half hours, to allow time to take a detailed history and discuss what you would like to get out of the treatment. Subsequent sessions will take approximately an hour. It is usually recommended that you have two or three treatments, as this allows your body to adjust to the new energy patterns
